My wheels are new but are quickly looking old. I can't seem to get them to come clean.

Are their any secrets to getting my shine back?

Thanks!

Those itp's are polished aluminum right?
Then the only solution to getting them to really shine is by getting some Mothers Mag/wheel/aluminum polish. That stuff works wonders. It takes alot of work, but if you keep at it (alot of rubbing/buffing) you can get them almost mirror shiny.

"Mothers" does work great and if you cant find it then "Blue Magic" metal polish works great too. just be prepared for an hour or two of rubbing!!

AS LONG AS THE WHEELS ARE'NT CLEAR COATED YOU CAN USE A VERY,VERY FINE STEEL WOOL AND KNOCK OFF THE OXIDATION,THEN USE THE POLISHING COMPOUND,THIS WILL CUT TIME ON RUBBING AND BUFFING

"Mothers" aluminum and mag polish is the BEST! I use that on everything and it makes them REALLY shine!

Thanks for all the advice!!

I called my Mother today and she refused to clean my wheels. I even told her that everybody's Mother was doing it. Still she refused. I guess I'll just keep scrubin!
