lol i'll never give up on this 300. Seriously.
But i gotta question.
ive driven clutches before I know im no expert or anything but if you have it for example in first gear and then hold the clutch, isnt it suppose to roll freely instead of locking up like its in gear?

if you have the clutch pulled in, it should roll in any gear as smooth as it does in neutral

I think its time to start a new topic for this thread ...lol..this one is long....you will be ok without reverse but its so lovely to have it working...and the cluth question..yes it should roll freely when the clutch is pulled in you'r clutch cable may be streched,, trace it down there will be an adjustment top and bottom .
.
you want the cable to have juist a tiny bit of play when the clutch isn't pulled in

yea this thread is pretty long.
i dont know why but when I put it in gear and pull the clutch it doesnt roll freely.
i rewired the starter switch, No luck, i would shake the atv and sometimes its turnover so im thinking theres a short or something in the wire. Im better off just buying a new wiring harness huh.

I would just get a new wireing harness, before who knows what else goes wrong, they aren't cheap but I think its worth it

also there's probably some on ebay
