brake system part I.D./brake job
I took off the front grille and plastic cover on my Honda 2000 Foreman to do some housekeeping and found out that three small rubber tubes that connect (I suppose) to the front brakes were worn where they join to a T right above the front end. They simply split and are worn out. There is a small T (white in color) where these rubber tubes slip over the T also. The little hoses are about 3/16" wide. What is their purpose? It appears to have been this way for a long time. Are they difficult to replace? I guess I will have to buy them from Honda huh? Help would be greatly appreciated. Also, I would like to do mmy own brake job is it very hard or should I just leave it to the pros?

breaks arnt hard to do yourself, i HIGHLY recommend getting a shop manual though. if your front breaks dont work, it sounds likt the T-connection if your front hydrolic break lines. i would just buy any of those breakline pieces from honda. if you buy a repair manual if will show you exactly how to fix both of your problems; the lines, and break job.
hope this helps you
