how do u tell if your bike is to lean
pilot jet controls start up and idle.you need to check your spark plug it should be sort of tan in color.if it is white it is too lean.first off you need to get some spark plugs.start it up and get it to normal operating temperature with old plug in it.after its warm put a new plug in it.ride it how you normally do for 60 seconds.pull in clutch and kill engine at same time.pull plug and inspect its color.repeat after jetting.jetting usually requires only the main jet.

here's a pretty good article on jetting. it is kinda focused on leaning out since we operate our machines at 6000-12000' but it explains the principles.
