does anyone have theory on why my 3 wheeler will not get spark? any suggestions will be helpful thank you.

 

Probably the exciter winding but have you tested the ignition ..?..

The Honda tests can be confusing. Especially if you do not have an auto ranging meter.
An easier way to test the system is with a simple test light.
With the test light you can probe the connector at the coil for power when cranked over, the pulser the same way and also back probing the pulser in, coil out and also power in at the CDI connector.
