I have lurked around here for a few months now, getting answers to little questions regarding my Rubicon. Thought I might go ahead and register, mostly just to say, thanks for the help, its a nice site.

I have a 2007 Blue Rubicon that I bought earlier this year. So far, the only mod I have done to it is install the winch, which I finished a little bit ago, with help from this site.

Next up is a lift kit for sure, but I don't know what I will go after once it is installed. The list of what I want though is just as long as the list of mods that I want for my truck. Got to balance them out though. Fun fun.

Enjoy the Rubicon. If you are going to do deep mud or water, I'd suggest you disconnect the battery and take apart every connector you can find and hit them with some diaelectric grease.

as for the lift check out dennis kirk they have overload springs that add 1 inch of lift and an incresed payload...and they can be used in cunjuction with the 1&1/2 inch lift kit.....http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/...afCatId=&mmyId=9900310
.
they also have spring preload adjusters to make the stock shocks adjustable ..and the cheapest route to stiffining the springs ..preload spacers

I am a little confused to be honest. I was just thinking something like this 2" lift kit from highlifter.

2" ATV Lift Kit

Should be looking at replacing springs?
