Default winch eating cable

I use a 5 pound slide hammer to get cables unstuck. Made a steel loop to screw on the end then hook the winch hook through it. Trip the winch free wheel **** and start hammering. Worked pretty good for me so far. I have a 9 ton winch on my wrecker, hace hoseclamped the slide hammer to the cable and unstuck bound cable in it with the slide hammer also.
