Thanks for your help on my last post it is all very helpful just wondering if you could send me some service info on the diffs front center and rear as i am going to pull them apart and have a look inside i dont know the history of this bike so i thought i would check it out.

 

sorry have found out mine isnt a trx350d it is a 86 trx350 does this make any difference to the other information you have already given me?

 

The valve & clutch adjustment is the same on all 1986-94 TRX350's ... The 1986 TRX350 had smaller front axles and smaller wheel bearings... PM your email address and I can email you the section info ..
