300EX stock HP

I didn't get an answer when I asked this before so I googled it and spent some time looking but still can't find stock HP for a 2000 TRX300EX. Does anyone know?

It's right at 22hp. That number is off the government site that has all the hp ratings for all atv engine manufactures.

It is ?? How can it be less than my 87 250X which is 21.1 ?
