rincon radiator

[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]i was wondering if ne one ran in to any problems taking out there radiator my rincon keeps overheating i want to take out to clean it or should i just try to clean the way it sits

If you look under the fender, there's a side shield held on with a couple of those push pins. If you take that side shield out you can reach in there with the nozzle of a garden hose and blast water through from behind. You will also see how to remove the screen in front of the radiator...
Some of the mud crowd also like to install spacers and longer bolts, to seperate the oil cooler and radiator more for easier cleaning. I don't think draining the coolant or removing the radiator alltogether would be required.
The serious mud types often relocate the radiator to the front rack.
