I have a 2000 Honda TRX400FWY. The battery is fully charged. When I turn the key on the nuetral light does come on and the lights do not work. When I use the pull cord to start the ATV with or without the battery attached, the atv starts and nuetral light comes on and the lights work. What should I check?

 

When on the battery; when you turn the lights on (quad not running) does the nuetral light dim or go out?
