Has anyone used any of the SEM painting products to repaint the plastic on an ATV?
They make a product that states it is flexible and permanent and won't peel off over time. If anyone knows of this or another product that will work please reply.
Thanks

its not currently possible, to my knoledge, for any paint to be flexale enough to withstand the flexing of ATV plastics. you can try...but im gona bet the paint will just peal off with time/use. spend the money on new plastics or graphics

Don't know the SEM brand, but I do know that you can paint a plastic car bumper and bend it a LONG way without the paint cracking. Don't think it is the same type of plastic, but the paint sure stays on it IF applied correctly(read- follow all directions and use the primer correclty). Was thinking about trying this on an older machine I just picked up. Not going to happen until spring though. Will post a message if it works.
