What paint matches the gray honda uses to paint steel rims the best?

 

I don't know, but I figure when I do tires on my Foreman's grayish/silver wheels I'll just pain them flat black- since the wheels seem to be black under where the paint has chipped off...

It might be best to paint the whole wheel, or just not worry about it, IMHO.

 

Autozone has a real good polyurathane wheel paint that holds up great. I used it on my 66 mustang back in the day, and just painted my 420 rims flat black with it. Comes in a blue can.

I wonder if the Honda dealer would have touch up paint? That might be the best shot if you want an exact match.

The other possibility, enough people upgrade to aftemarket wheels on new machines that you might be able to find a set of perfect stock wheels cheap on craigslist or e-bay...

 

Go to any of the larger Honda dealers and I bet you can find new pull offs pretty cheap.

 

Honda dealers sell the frame paint and I think it is the same color as the wheels.
