My axle is moving left to right.. and i dont know why.. the bearings are new aproperly seated.. i dont know whats wrong with it.. and now that its moving left and right in the carrier housing its wearing a grove on the break disc side.. whats causing this.. any body know?

 

There is a clip on the outside of the carrier.. make sure that is in place.. if not, it would cause it to move, not sure how much though.

 

if your talking about the clip on the right side which is held on by the bis azz snap ring .. its on there and the axle moves left and right about 2 inches...

 

the snap ring is hidden by the axle nut adjuster. you have to tension against the snap ring then it will tighten the axle

i replaced bearings in mine this is what i had to do
