Default Cannot Remove rear wheel!

I just bought a 400ex and I cannot remove the rear wheels. The lugs are way to tight and the spline just spins in the hub. Will I have to buy a new hub or just new splines. What is the best way to loosen the lug nuts to remove the wheel. Thanks

by splines i assume you mean wheel studs? If so you will either have to get a nut breaker to break off the wheel stud nuts and then remove the wheel studs. The other option would be to drill out the back side of the stud until it breaks off and you can remove the stud then. Be careful not to drill into the splined area of the hub. If it was the wheel studs that stripped you can just install new studs. If it was the hub that stripped you will need a new hub. If the studs are steel and the hub is also steel you could weld the back side of the stud to the hub to keep it from spinning.
