Take the nut off the end of the crank at the flywheel and check out the key that keeps the the flywheel in time.It may have sheared,causing the flywheel to slip on the crank and be out of time.Do both of your top ends read 140 psi?If so you may have a bad gauge.Let us know what you find.

yeah i'm at a lost too. someone from the 250r forum told me to check the poilet and main jet in case their cloged so i'm gonna try that. hope that works. shouldn't be clogged b/c of the fuel filter but i guess their always a chance.
