I purchased a 2000 350 Rancher for a steal of a price. After buying the bike the owner was not able to come up with a title (bought it with bill of sale), now I need to register it to get the required permit to ride in national forest but cant get it without a title. I know the bike is clean (not stolen). I live in Arkansas and it is a real b**** to get another title may take up to 6 months to get it done. Anyone know any shortcuts to getting a title
