I have a 2002 Honda 250ex that has been smoking now for a while and making a really bad ticking noise...both of these things stoped after it got Hot, but now it did it constantly...I pulled the top end off yesterday and got took the piston out... It has large deep scratches and the cylinder had the same...the piston lookes like it has a difernt kind of metal on it, (prob the cylinder wall)....What would you guys recomend i do? Bore it and Get a larger piston or????? thanks

 

resleeve it.sounds like a bolt or something broke off and either came out the exhaust or is still in there.
