I have a 2002 250ex that is stock. It is smoking quite a bit not only on start up but while riding. It is white smoke and guess it could be oil being burned. Any ideas on how to fix this? New piston rings or is there an easier solution?

get a compression tester if you dont have one and check it...if its around 150 PSI your ok... but if its way lower you will need new rings...if it is 150 or higher you might need valve seals instead.
