I was just wondering if a 250x has take off and top end as good as a blaster on a mx track. Should I sell my blaster to get one. What is its top speed.

 

a stock 250X will pull 52...

MX racing is all about low end and acceleration.

So which is better? you are running 2 different classes..so it doesn't matter..

 

Although i've never ridden a blaster i've heard that the 250x has a way better suspension than the blaster.

 

well since you don't want to help and you want to be a smartass, the place I race at all atv except juniors ride together but get placed in different classes when over. But, Do you know if a 250x could take a blaster on mx track. Is the bottom end as good as the blaster. I know you are goin to say no because the blaster is 2 stroke.

 

250x better handling and suspension, very mannageble power. Handling is everything in mx, the 250x would have to eat it up. Depends on who's on the seat

i only race Hare scrambles..and we are divided into 2 stroke 4 stroke and utility classes.

So i'm not being a smart ***..just miss informed.

But if you did some work to your blaster, shocks, +2 arms +4 axle, and some porting and polishing(maybe a 240 kit?) you'd be roosting on everything including banshees, 250Rs, and 400exs!
