Default Stupid Question Rancher 420

Hi,

I own a Rancher 420...the hose on top the rear axle has been knocked loose. Still connected to the top of the rear axle...but for the life of me I can't figure out where the other end attaches.

Can anyone help!?!?!?!

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a breather line to me. So it only connects to housing . Keep other end from getting in dirt and water. thats about it

Usually the diff vent lines go to the air box.

Ran out to the garage...there is a line that runs from the brake housing, and the line from the differentual follows it up to the front right side of the airbox. Trying to help you out here....but from there I lost it in the mess and the muddle and the dirt. Without removing some plastic and/or the airbox, I don't think I could find where it ends up....sorry.

If you can follow the other line, it will probably lead you to the right place. Also, the length of the line will be a clue to where it should end up.

It ends up under your seat/tank with 3 other lines, 2 for the front and rear diff, one for the rear brake vent and one for the rad. fan vent. they all end up together right under where your seat attaches to the tank.
