Is there a manual clutch conversion kit available for a 03 250ex? The quad's got the stock centrifugal clutch, it makes it super easy to ride but also boring. Sit on it, click the shifter down and go. At first we though it might be okay but it just feels like something's missing and would really just like a good old fashioned manual clutch.

Other option is to sell it and buy something else which we might just decide to do...

 

Never heard of a conversion kit and if there was one, it probably wouldn't be worth the work or money. I'd sell it and get one with the sport clutch.

 

That sport clutch just sounds just as dull. If it can't be swapped easily then we might just drive it for a while longer and sell it for a different make.

 

The little 250 is a starter quad. Sounds like time to move on....
