can any one help i have a 2003 rubicon hondamatic and if u give it gas slow it will pull if u give it 2 fast or get in a bind it will pop and grind it does it in all gears hi low rev all the same and no codes can any one help

 

im sorry but im not familiar with this. I cant help you right now. But have you searched it in google?maybe you find some answers there.

 

If it makes a ratcheting sound in H , L & R then I would have the oil pressure checked but it sounds like the Hondamatic unit is bad ...

 

i know my sub transmission makes the ratcheting noise if i try to put it in gear at to high of rev's and iv also herd that a damaged sub tranny will pop out of gear and grind. try holding it in L with your hand pusing forward and see what happens,
