Hey.

I was out riding today, and after jumping a couple of logs, my tranny started to act funny, she wants to move forward, but it sounds like a couple of gears are barely engaging. and it kind of jerks a little bit. be it in low, high. rev. d1, d2 or esp. I would appreciate any advice that anybody would have. hopefully it wont cost too much to fix.

 

Does the fourwheeler still move?

 

it moves, but it jerks and shakes. So I didn't want to drive it for fear of making it worse.

 

My wild guess would be most likely the hydrostatic drive...

 

When the make a ratcheting sound it isn't good .. You should have the oil pressure tested but I would guess it needs a new hydro pump ..
