ok so here is the short and skinny of it...came back from riding one night and stopped the bike...went to start it again and nothing...what i find is that every time i have it in neutral with the light on and try and push the starter the solenoid clicks once but the neutral light goes out...when i turn on the light switch the neutral light goes out....not sure what to do here...it seem the solenoid works it clicks once every time..i tried and directly connect the starter to the battery but that didnt do anything...what options do i have and what else can check and how.....HHHHHHEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP

 

you got good connections at the battery? also try jumping the 2 bolts on the solinoid with a screwdriver and see if itl start

 

sounds like dead battery. Also check the fuse box, mine would pop the fuse and prevent it from starting everytime I hit my bright lites.
