Foreman Battery Dead...

Man there's no way in H*LL your battery could be dead. those batteries will last 10 years or better. My friend has a 98 Foreman 450 es and went through the battery drain problem and had the recall done. His battery sat dead for 3 months in his storage barn during the winter and is still like new after he charged it.

I think your dealer is trying to take you for a ride. If I were you I would be getting my battery back and charging it my self. Then and only then if it doesn't hold a charge would I consider buying a new battery.

A good reply.. my battery connections were loose after 1 day of riding..now I check as part of maintaince..no further problams.
I also keep a trickle charger on during the colder periods..its been a long winter , but all this snow should make for a muddy spring!!
