Seems high....I just bought a 09 with AT/IRS for $5599.
They had a NEW 08' Standard Model for $4499.

A plain foot shift M.S.R.P. at $5799 and noone pays close to M.S.R.P. when buying anything. Unless your looking at a more exspensive ES model? 2009 Honda FourTrax® Rancher® 4x4 (TRX®420FM) ATVs

It's about right, maybe a little high. If it had PS and you could get it for around $5900 then that would be a decent price, so take off a few hundred and you're in the ball park for that machine, but I'd still try to get it lower, who wouldn't.

I was looking to find that same machine with PS here in VA, and about the best prices I found were right at 6k. I found a FPM for around 5400 if I recall correctly, and that was the asking price...but then that would be without IRS.

If you live near chattanooga tennessee check out Southern Honda Powersports: Unbeatable. I drove up from Canton georgia and saved about 800 plus tax from the local dealer
