not sure the HP but i used to have a warrior slightly modded and had a very hard time beating 250x's and 300ex's. if it wasnt for 6th gear i wouldnt have. now i have a o3 400ex and can smoke 300s with ease. not that, thats saying a whole lot, but kinda gives you a idea how much happier youll be with the 400. and like recon said, VERY RELIABLE, even though theres faster 400s the EX is simple, therefore pretty much bulletproof. id say sell the warrior outright and use that money on the 400. they wont give you much tradeing it. good luck and let us know what you decide to do!

On the top end, the EX is the slowest of the performance quads. Where it really shines is in tight trails. All of the other performance quads have engines that need to be ridden reved out, but the EX will lug down and will idle through the rough stuff, where you will never get out of 3rd gear anyway.

My EX is 10 years old now and has many thousands of miles on it...and runs as good as the day it was new!

Go for it man. I love my 400ex.

Best quad you'll ever own, guaranteed.

Not yet - I am still pushing the bill through the Wife Congress

According to the dealer's website, the price is now $3,299...so I better act fast! I just hope I can get it before its gets sold. If they keep dropping the price like that, surely it won't be around too much longer!

Honda has some hella good deals out there. I just picked up a new (leftover) 08 250ex for $1999. They told me the same story... Honda just had these sitting in a wharehouse and just dumped them to dealers and pennies... Was planning on buying one laste next year, but at this price I had to jump on it.
