Okay..So im cleaning my motor, What do I discover? There is almost no rocker cover gasket, and the sidecover gasket looks like its blown (not sure yet) Why wont silicone stay in the stupid thing? :| This makes the 4th time i've re-siliconed it.

Silicone and oil don't get along very well. Gasoline and silicone really don't get along well. It's not the correct stuff to use.
There is something called "the right stuff". I have tried it and it works good.
The gray stuff that Chevy sells works REALLY good but it is also like $50 bucks a tube from a GM dealer.
Take your pick.

Silicone has no place on an ATV.
Use Permatex *motoseal* it is grey in color and seems to be the same product as Yamabond 4 and 3-bond 1104. (lead content had these products banned I understand)
It is hard to come by but it is the right stuff.

By all means.....don't bother to read the service manual and/or use whatever it recommends! Just keep winging it, seeing that has worked so well for you so far....
Clogged breather is a good thing to check as well!

By the way, GM has used silicone for valve cover an end of intake manifolds for years.
The GM "tube" stuff is like the old Yamabond, it's not silicone; least not like you can get at the parts stores for 5 bucks.
