Default shifting problems...help!

hi everyone i know that there are a ton of threads on here about this issue but i need some advice!
about a month back my 2008 420 es started shifting badly f some days it just wold not shift at all it seemed to be worse in the cold as i could sometimes let it run or put it in the shop for awhile and it would start to shift again. I first put it in a good warm shop and let it warm up till it couldnt be frozen anymore and then i started to check postings on here and other honda forums to see if i could figure out the cause off it not shifting. anyhow i whent through the wireing drying and applying dialectric grease then i changed out the angle sensor with a new one and still no shift. any ideas for what i should check next? the the gear indicator display was blinking 2 slow and 2 fast before and after the angle sensor change
any ideas you have would be great....im thinking a weak control motor? or some other sensor? hmmm.... help!

Those codes will be in the service manual, if not the owner's manual.

Yes means 1 of 2 things , low voltage or high voltage . . These tests are VERY confusing if you don't do a lot of testing on various ESP models , and you have to be familiar with your volt/ohm meter

Here are both .. Speed sensor code is 11

================================================== ============
Low voltage - 0v
================================================== ============

================================================== ============
High voltage - about 5v
