Attached is a pic of a hose that does not show up in my manual, nor could I find it in Honda parts look up. The 2 hoses that are routed over the intake breather run to the rear end. The 3rd in the center of the pic is a mystery. I practically had the quad upside down looking for it's home.
Hope someone can help me out.

Can you tell me what the 3rd line (less dirty hose in the center of pic) connects to?

 

Best thing in situations like this is to head to the dealer and take a look at a new one.

 

 

Thank you Honda Mechanic! I was looking at my service manual that I purchased off of e-bay. It was originally dated 05 with 2 revisions. I noticed online that there are at least 4, so this must be one rev. I do not have...

 

I just bought a 99 and cleaned the carb. The breather hose on mine runs from the carb, then along the right side of the tank, then connects to a clip in front of the tank and just hangs there. I don't think it's important where it goes to, as long as it's somewhere high and out of water's way.
