I have a 00 400ex it setup for a while and jets got clogged. I unclogged jets and checked needle. The main issue is dumping gas out the overflow.. I rebuilt carb replaced the jets and needle and float. The atv runs perfect but will dump gas from time to time. seeing how the float is plastic theres no adjustment. Im thinking the seat is worn somehow. are the seats pressed into the housing of the carb? The carb always looks clean I have taken it apart about 10 times.. any ideas before i just buy a whole new carb.. thx
