When testing for an electrical problem all test ok within the spectrum. But only fires electically at the plug one time, if you keep pulling does not fire. If you let it sit for a moment does the exact same thing only firing one time.

 

Here are the Honda ignition tests .. The CDI tests won't be accurate unless tested with a Sanwa SP10D or Sanwa SP15D ..
