display unit flashing

Default display unit flashing

i just bought a 450 forman last night. got it home went to unload it and noticed it has a 100 flashing on display. i assume it is a service timer. so i changed oil, cleaned air filter. but dont know how to reset the service timer i am getting ready to order a service manuel but can anyone tell me how to reset the timer thanks for any help i am new here so any help would be much appriciated. thanks again.

Are you sure that isn't the clock flashing..

no im not sure it is right below to mileage at the bottom of the display in the middle it is a 2002 model and has 1144.4 miles on it

if it is a clock how do you set it or reset it im new to atving i bought one for my wife last week and this 450 foreman for me just last night so i still have alot to learn but i am very mechanically inclined mechanics have been my life for 30 plus years

went to garage to check out the foreman and yes it was a clock boy do i feel dumb. but when i seen it it was night time and my eyes r bad enough i didnt see the : in the display. thanks for your reply hondamechanic
