Default 350 Foreman DUMPING fuel...help!

Went to start my 1988 350D this afternoon. Uncustomarily, it wouldn't start at first. Then it kicked in but sounded a little rough. My friend, though, noticed fuel POURING out of what looks like an overflow tube. It starts doing this the second I turn the key on. It's almost as if the fuel pump is in reverse. Any ideas as to what this is?
I'm just a poor guy working in youth ministry. So any help I can get to avoid spending too much $$ is helpful!
Thanks!!!

The carb float is stuck. Run some SeaFoam in the gas, it may clean it out.

Tried the Seafoam. Still dumping fuel. How difficult will it be to replace the float? Tear the carb apart?

Well you can try tapping on the fuel bowl with something like a screw driver - might break it loose.

If not your going to have to take it apart and have a look inside. Im not familiar with the exact carb in question but usually removing the bowl is a simple job.....in some cases requiring the removal of a metal wire or clip.....or merely a single screw. Your looking to get into the round part of the bottom of the carb....take a look and see if you can get into it.

You'll have to remove the carb , remove the 4 screws that hold the float bowl on .. Then check the float and inlet needle ..

Here is an exploded view of the TRX350D carb , It is a little different than most other Honda ATV carbs in that it uses a mechanical slide instead of a vacuum slide...
