Default Need Service manual for 02 400EX or help plz!!!

If anyone has a service manual for a 2002 400EX could u please send me it, in PDF format...... If not i could use help..

Issue is its not getting spark, checked all the connections all is good. i sat there with the plug out but grounded down and cranked the motor over and got no spark, but when i wiggle the on/off switch (red one) it sparks as i wiggle it back and forth then doesnt when i dont wiggle on it. So i figured i needed a new switch set up, got a new one off ebay, still in the box and its doing the same thing...

am i going about this wrong or did i so happen to get a bad switch again??? any help would be very much appreciated

Thank you....
Steve

new spark plug, Engine turns over fine. Just put a new start button switch on it well the whole deal. it does the same thing as with the old switch. Im holding the start button down cranking the motor over which turns over smoothly but no spark, its only sparking when i wiggle the red switch which is the one that kills the bike. when i stop wiggling it it doesnt spark, this is the same thing the old switch did. the clutch lever has wires to it. which i asume its a safty feature where u have to start it with the clutch engaged. it turns over anyhow clutch engaged or not.

As for mods has a yoshimura slip on and has been jetted other then that all stock.

I'd check all the wiring... you may have a bare wire or a faulty connection somewhere.... and when you wiggle the switch it makes that cantact near the problem... but maybe someone else can chime in with thier thoughts...
