hey guys im buying an ACT70 1978 off my friends dad and it has a rolling chaisis including:
3x wheels including tyres
forks
tripple clamp or what eva holds forks to frame and bars
frame
seat
rear axle

its pretty much complete and a rolling chasis but has no motor, handle bars, brake lever, brake perch, thumb throttle, and chain. His selling it to me for $200 and i think its good but wat are your opinions?

 

I think if you hold out you can find a running one for about 3 or 4.
