Welcome to the forum.
Diagnostic trouble code 10 indicates a problem with the ignition pulse generator.
The manual says basically to pull the front fender off to get access to the computer, and check the connector at the computer and at the ignition pulse generator/alternator connector.
If they look ok, disconnect the neg battery cable, and unhook the two connectors and use a volt/ohm meter to check for continuity and for shorts in the blu/yel wire and the white wire.
Then use a peak voltage adapter of 10meg ohm minimum and see what you get off the igniton pulse generator while cranking the engine with the kill switch in the run position.
If less than .7v, then replace the igniton pulse generator/stator. It says if you have more than .7v, then put everything back together and ride at over 4 mph in 1st gear for more than 6 seconds and see if the error code is still there. If it is, it suggests defective ECM.

Code 3 indicates angle sensor failure. The book outlines a bunch of checks to make sure the one of the wires has continuity to ground, the other one has 7 volts, and the third wire has continuity that varies as you shift gears.
The angle sensor is known to go out, though, so I would bet it needs replaced. Remove the right inner fender liner, and it is there with a 3 wire connector and two bolts holding it on. When you put the new one on you will have to turn it so that the slot lines up, and rotate it into place so the bolts line up. You will see what I mean when you take it out and look at it and look in the hole where it mounts.
