My uncle has a 2006 Rancher 350 ES with manual transmission and everytime you shift into 2nd it will hit neutral and sometimes when you are riding in 2nd and just riding it will slip out of 2nd into neutral and it has happened on a couple of people riding so I know its not just the way my uncle rides. any info will be appreciated.

 

did you try adjusting the clutch? should be instructions in the owners manual
