Connecticut claims another ATV enthusiast

EVHWG,
There is an atv club out of Southbridge/Sturbridge area that is not far from you . I forget the name but just search for Mass atv clubs and you will find it. I know what you guys mean about Conn. I think it is a beautiful state but when it comes to hunting in that state there is a lot of red tape as far as written permission and so on. So when PaulG brought this topic up it did not surprise me that it is a pane in the *** to ride in that state too. Mass has got plenty of awesome riding and a lot of great hunting as well. Oh yeah my sister is building a house in Putnam Conn in the spring. Hope this helps.

Man I can't believe what I reading. It's like a story of a different country instead of a state. Sorry to hear it. Move to Texas! LOL, Just kidding we have enough people already
Last fall the group from maine came down. There was at least 10 people. It sucked for them though because they where mudders and we had no rain for weeks. But if you ever want to arrange a ride we'll be here.

hey guys, im also from CT. i had permission by the owner of the plainville sand pits to ride there, but it became to much of a hassle goin there all the time, and the cops would still give me a hard time. so i decided to give up the sport for now and buy a beat up 65 Ford Shelby Mustang GT350 and am restoring it right now so that when i get my licence it should be done. i did this because this really isnt a state to live in if your a ATV rider, so i figured that gettin a beat up classic and restoring it would be alot better, at least i cant get fined and ticketed for building cars. but i do plan on entering the sport again in a few years when the car is done, but i'd rather spend my hard earned money on something that isnt illegal to do in this state and not have to worry bout gettin fines. there isnt any way to win in this state and its pointless to even try anymore.
