I have a ticking sound comming from my motor. Does anyone else hear a ticking in their Rubicon. I have 119 miles and 50 hours. I have the oil changed at the dealer. Could they have adjusted the valves incorrectly?

It is very possible that they did them wrong. Maybe they didnt torque down the lock nuts to spec.

Jim,

I meet up with Schtick yesterday and his does not have the tick either. I forget, was it ticking before you brought it in for service?

BTW- Schtick's Brother Just bought a new Wolverine. It's blue and it's very nice. I think this will be the next quad for the wife.

Mine ticks a little when it is first started and warming up with the choke on, kinda sounds a little like engine knocking. After it warms the ticking seems to be gone. I also have about the same amount of miles as you and am taking it in for an oil change and any necessary adjustments - maybe I'll ask about that as well.
