help! 05 recon leaking oil through drain plug!

so they are reliable enough to be used on something as vital as an oil plug?

yeah man they are made for stripped oil plugs.. I wish I could find a decent picture to link this too Grrrr.. They work good if you get the right size I had one one time that had a little lever on it when you snaped it shut the plug got fat.. made changing my oil so fast.. Like i said if you get the right size it shouldnt leak a drop.. check um out

oh! like the little plugs for smaller boats, i know exactly what you mean. that makes sense, those things work great. what ive heard is just getting a self tapping bolt and make your own hole and threads . i plan to do that soon. i just dont know about trusting a rubber plug on oil... especially the way i ride so hard and rough.
