We all love atv's. We all love to see the sport grow and branch out into new areas that we never thought possible. There has been a lot of talk about Honda releasing new quads. New 4x4's or sport machines, or both. But I think that they are going to release something never seen before. Here are my ideas. I believe that we may see our first fuel injected quad within the next 3 years. Also, I believe that Honda is going to release an automatic quad. But not a CVT tranny. But a tranny more like an automobile, with multiple forward gears. Where a computer shifts through the gears at selected rpm settings. There would be high and low settings, and a reverse. This would eliminate foot shifting, but still give you on demmand torque when needed.
Both are cool ideas and could start a landslide of other thoughts to the table.
Just my opinions. What are yours? Something big is going to happen, no one knows just what it is yet.

I read somewhere that Suzuki was going to release a 400 Quadracer in 2001 that was fuel injected. This would be very spendy, but very cool. No more having to re-jet a carb when changing elevations or installing a pipe.
Also, the car type tranny that was mentioned. I am not interested in buying a new Honda Rubicon. But I am very interested in seeing how the tranny on that quad works. No belts. Very interesting.
At the rate new quads are coming out, the price wars a certainitly going to start. That's good for us, Mr. consumer. But the new technology is going to put the price through the roof. So I guess everything evens out.
