Hey guys I have been thinking of getting a new carb for my 01 rancher and was wondering if anyone has bought one of the carbs of ebay. I am sick of rebuilding the carb and cleaning it due to the crappy gas now adays. I have used the stabil and all that stuff. But this carb is nothing but problems. Thanks

 

If it's crappy gas that's causing your problem, you will have the same problem with the ebay carbs. I'm sure your oem carb is higher quality. I'm sure the bay carbs will work, but it it were me I would stick with what came with it and re build it / clean it.

 

Always use premium gas and if possible non oxygenated gas.
That should help with part of your problem.

 

Also petcock assy.[fuel cut off values] has alot of problem with rubber seal inside of assy. deterates and cause rubber junk continue getting into carb and clogs up jet....

 

Hows that? most carbs are made by Keihin or Mikuni . ATV makers do not make carbs themselves, they order them ,so if you buy it off Ebay or a dealer whats the difference.
A 32CV Mikuni is a 32CV Mikuni no matter where you buy it from.

Same goes with ATV tires. there no differance between a Honda Dunlop tire and a Ebay Dunlop tire.
