thanks, does anyone have an idea why the quad might be pulling to the left under hard acceleration?

Check your toe-out and check the air pressure in the tires. With the handlebar straight, one wheel should be turned a little or is it both wheels should be turned out? Can't remember, someone else can help you with that.

May need a toe in or out adjustment, with the tie rods. I think JeffinTD know more about the specs,or use the search option on this site. Its been talked about a few times.

Like these guys said, I'd begin with a tire pressure check. Having one off half a pound can cause that.

If that isn't it, post back and I'll give you the alignment specs.

hmmm tire pressure was the same all the way around, maybe it was just the terrain I was riding over.

Yeah, a little side slope can do that too.

Enjoying the ATV otherwise?

Ohh yea, yesterday I adjusted the front and back brakes. Today I plan on cutting the carb spring to get it a little faster throttle response. But before I do that I have a whole day of redoing a trail in my woods that I use to ride years ago. Would anyone happen to know where to buy a new/used battery cover? Ive searched google but didnt find anything.
