Default 84 200s carb problems

i baught my 84 honda 200s this summer and it worked great , i seafoamed the gas tank , about a month later when it started getting cold my carburater started doin funky stuff, now it wont start without a full choke even when heated up to full temp and it wont run without at least half choke ( even with half choke it runs crappy) , it runs great with the choke, but wont run at all without it, is there something clogging it? or is there somthin im doin wrong?

Usually the problems you're describing are from the pilot jet being clogged

Yeah it's going to have to come out to be cleaned, when you take the carb. bowl off it will be offset of center right next to the main jet that's centered. It may be recessed in a circular slot, it comes out with a flathead screwdriver.
