this is my 3rd post and thanks for all your help and advice.heres my thing my rubicon has 5100 miles runs good now. but sometimes when i put it in gear at first it makes a clicking sound for about 2 seconds then goes away. should i be very worried or just ride it like its hot lol.could this b a simple fix or a serious problem.thanks

 

Kind of hard to diagnose a noise over the internet. Any way you could load a video (with sound) to youtube and post it?

 

You may try to adj.gear select lever[t'handle] linkage or look at the pivot bolt at "L "looking arm at bottom of linkage rod in front of engine..

 

You may try to adj. the select lever[T-HANDLE] linkage or check the pivot bolt at the bottom of likage.. May be worn some and not selecting in gear perfect....

 

Warm it up before you ride it - and you will double its life.
Change oil on schedule.
