Not sure where to post this but here is my problem, 650 rincon when I put it in reverse it makes a grinding noise like the syconizer wont line up. I have to go back and forth from drive to reverse several times. To get it to engage then it drops back out of reverse. I tried to adjust the linkage down by the motor by pulling the it off the spline and moving it a little, this did not help. Is there another adjustment some where. i also tired to adjust the linkage under the tank. Any help would be great. Todd
