Help with Oil seal behind front sproket

It looks like it is leaking a bit ......My son just bought this bike and we are new at this ......Thanks Gabe

Get a new one from a dealership. Carefully pick the old one out with a mechanic's pick, put some oil on the new one put a socket on it and tap it in. Rather easy fix.
