The one thing I don't like about the Outy 800 is the heat it puts out, enough in the summer time to bake one of your legs. While riding an 800 Max in the winter the added heat was a welcome addition but it would be a killer in the summer.
Right now if it wasn't for the heat problem the Outlander 800 just might be on the top of my list.

100% agree- the heat from that cvt will bake your leg! it's bearable in jeans, but if you're wearing shorts (like I do in the summer) you have to keep your leg on the outside of that peg to keep it from being toasted
